Since the Polyinvest project arises from the will to foster investments towards the peripheral areas of South East Europe, we aim at making the possible investors’ job as easy as possible by giving them all the information they might require. Therefore, we have carried out a close examination of real estate markets’ legal and administrative procedures, in order to create an archive of information regarding the legislative and administrative rules of each area involved in the project and facilitate the action of any possible local and foreign investor.
