POLYINVEST project meeting in Vienna

So far two successfuls meetings on partner level have been conducted. The fist one took place in june 2010 in Bulgaria, in the wonderful city of Belogradchik. In this meeting the major framework for further collaboration was set out and decided upon. The rather recent partner meeting in Vienna in October 2010 was focused on exchanging results and best practices
among the partners.
A total of 19 individuals participated in the meeting that also addressed issues and upcoming events. The marketing strategy was presented. Furthermore, the target trade fair for participation in 2011, as well as the planned promotion material were discussed.
Moreover, the upcoming steps for the pilot study were encountered and overall the importance of communication and responsibility of each work package leader was highlighted. Overall, the attention is drawn to each participating individual, as we are the drivers of success on implementation level. The interpersonal exchange among the project partners was fostered by the creation of “polyinvest paintings”, wich will travel to all our future meetings and be part of the Polyinvest team. The positive spirit of the partners and the willingness to achieve great results in the future will surely also be felt in our meeting in Szécsény, Hungary.
